Teams downplay engine freeze impact

Leading team chiefs and technical directors have downplayed the significance of the current engine freeze following speculation that some teams have been able to benefit more than others under the regulations. Formula One is currently operating under an engine ‘freeze' from 2008-12 and the teams are only allowed to develop their power plants on the grounds
