Belgian qualifying performance embarrassing

For Williams team head Sir Frank Williams the Williams teams Belgian qualifying performance was nothing short of embarrassing. He would see his drivers Nico Rosberg and Kazuki Nakajima only manage 15th and 19th. Despite running with updates for the race neither driver was able to set times that were anywheer near what was required to show that the team has turned the performance situation around.
