Valentino Rossi wins Malaysian MotoGP race

Sepang in Malaysia was the venue for the 17th round of the 2008 FIM MotoGP World Championship, won this year by Yamaha man Valentino Rossi. The Italian had been first or second in the previous seven races, and he was clearly one of the favourites, especially with four previous wins at the circuit. But last year’s race was won by Casey Stoner, also a winner two weeks ago.
