Alonso not to test until 2009

After a long season, it seems that Fernando Alonso will take a short break from Formula One. According to the Spanish newspaper 'Sport', the Renault ace will not be testing for his team until 2009, when the new car arrives. This means that the two-times World Champion will not be testing in front of his home crowd at Barcelona next week when winter testing kicks-off.
