Hartley to test for Red Bull

Brendon Hartley will participate in the Jerez F1 test session which starts on 15 December. Hartley and Sebastian Buemi will cover for Mark Webber at the Red Bull Racing Team. Webber, who had a cycling accident, is not expected to return to the cockpit before February.
