I have what it takes to get to the top

Despite having a 2008 F1 season that was marked by only two high points, Australia and Singapore, AT&T Williams driver Nico Rosberg still believes that he has what it takes to get to the top. But it is dependent on what the Williams team will provide him in their 2009 car, the FW31. Nico is hopeful that the team can take advantage of the 2009 rule changes, allowing him to show his true talent.
